- On or about 19-Apr-96 19:23:32 MrWolf typed the following words about "Booting
- off zip?". My reply is thus...
-
- Hi MrWolf,
-
-
- M> Is it possible to boot off of a zipdrive??
- M> Whassup wit dat?
-
- Yes it is possible. I have a ZIP disk with my entire SYS: partition on it. I
- keep it for emergencies, like when I have mucked around with my startup with
- new software and can't boot from the hard drive etc. :<)
-
- When you partition the ZIP disk just make it bootable. I have the boot
- priority of the ZIP disk set higher than my hard drive boot partition. Just
- pop the ZIP disk in the drive and reboot. Works like a charm. :<)
